OCWebWorks may collect identifiers, contact information, business information, booking and service records, invoice and payment metadata, communications, consent logs, support records, device and browser data, internet activity, analytics events, advertising-related identifiers, and inferences or profiles.
OCWebWorks may use this information to provide and secure the Services, process bookings and invoices, communicate with users, support customers, measure performance, conduct analytics, personalize experiences, advertise and measure campaigns, create audiences, comply with law, and enforce terms.
Some analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising practices may be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain laws. Users may exercise applicable privacy choices through Your Privacy Choices, GPC, cookie settings, or privacy@ocwebworks.net.
Your Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, portability, opt out of sale, opt out of sharing, opt out of targeted advertising, and related privacy choices.
External publication and contract execution remain subject to final review and signature by licensed California counsel.
SMS Communications
OCWebWorks operates an SMS communication channel with recipients who are publicly listed business owners (sole proprietors and small business operators) identified via Google Business Profile listings.
Mobile Number Non-Sharing. OCWebWorks does not sell, share, transfer, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver business correspondence directly from OCWebWorks to the recipient, and to honor opt-out requests across our suppression database.
Message Frequency. Recipients receive a low volume of SMS messages — typically 1 to 4 messages per month per recipient, depending on outreach status and engagement. Volume may vary based on business stage and recipient activity.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates apply to all SMS communications.
Opt-Out. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-outs are honored immediately at the platform level and permanently across all message types.
