Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of public-facing OCWebWorks website, documentation, and self-serve features not subject to a separate signed Master Service Agreement.

• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or malicious content.
• Do not interfere with operation or security of the Services.
• Do not scrape or harvest non-public data except as expressly permitted.
• Do not use the Services to violate privacy, advertising, sanctions, export, or communications laws.

If content is submitted, user grants OCWebWorks a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit content solely to operate and improve the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy.

External publication and contract execution remain subject to final review and signature by licensed California counsel.
